Here is the extra bedroom down in the basement. It is really nice. Izzy loves the new carpet. She took a nap on it last night while we were upstairs. It is almost unheard of for her to sleep in a room where we are not hanging out so she must really like it.

Hey, this is Paul, and we are buying a house and I'm going to have to do similar renovations in our basement, and I don't know how to do it exactly, but I was wondering why you had a carpenter install the molding, I figured that would be easy, but maybe you know something I don't... and there is a good chance of that. Looks good by the way.
Hey Paul! Tell Natalie I said hello. We had a finishing carpenter do the molding because we don't have the correct tools and they are expensive to buy and he is really fast and makes it look good. Plus, he was cheap in comparison. Good luck with the renovations on your house.
